Hello we’re naked.

Founded in 2006 as one store in New Orleans, we now have over 50 stores globally and are opening in Nairobi soon! Naknatural ed Pizza is about a small tribe of people thrown together on a life mission to make a big difference. Don’t laugh—we intend to launch the world’s largest grassroots health movement. We’ll do that by making a delicious, affordable, all-pizza and delivering it to your home or office, hot, in about 30 minutes. Every time. Still round, still comes in a square box.

We are now recruiting an exciting team of people with high levels of energy who are as passionate about great food as they are about amazing customer service. If you love social media, that would be great too!

The following positions make up the tribe of a Naked Pizza store:

Store General Manager / Assistant Store Managers

Delivery Riders

Tribe Members (people who make the pizza)

Naked Pizza employees should possess the following:

A passion for great food.

An excellent work ethic and desire to be part of a succesfull team.

Enthusiasm for amazing customer service.

An unyielding approach to quality and standards.

A strong desire to be part of a winning team, but also be able to work independently.

Ability to stay organized and calm in high-pressure situations.

Impeccable communication skills and fluent English.

The ability to follow rules and learn company standard operating procedures.

Preferably a university degree / student, but a C+ or above at KCSE will be considered for exceptional candidates.

Exceptional leadership skills and an ability to effectively manage people (store general managers / assistant store managers).

A working understanding of point of sale (POS) systems and general computer knowledge. (store general managers / assistant store managers).

A valid Motorcycle Licence over 50cc (Category G) and a C+ or above at KCSE (delivery riders).

Individuals who are out-going, hard working, and thrive in a fast paced environment will do well within the Naked Pizza company culture.
